低濃度タンパク質濃縮の際のキャリアー 削除/引用 No.7932-1 - 2019/05/29 (水) 01:22:45 - no 低濃度のタンパク質を、TCA/アセトン沈殿で濃縮しようと考えています。 初歩的な質問で申し訳ないのですが、 この様な場合、キャリアーとしてタンパク質など添加することがあると思いますが みなさん、具体的に何を、どのくらいの量添加していらっしゃいますか？ また、−20℃で１時間程度放置した後、遠心という流れになりますが この時間を延ばした場合、沈殿効率は良くなるのでしょうか？ （あまり長く置いておくと良くないとは思うのですが）
