細胞壁がないから 削除/引用 No.1236-2 - 2008/06/01 (日) 21:22:00 - ななし 動物細胞に準じる方法で良さそうな気がしますが。。。 単細胞緑藻類で細胞壁を持たない生物の酵素の抽出をしていたときには セルラーゼや界面活性剤は使わず、 超音波やホモジナイザーを使って物理的に破砕していました。

ミドリムシ抽出 削除/引用 No.1236-1 - 2008/06/01 (日) 20:45:06 - ミドリムシ 調べればと怒られそうですが・・ ミドリムシの研究をしようかと思っています。 ミドリムシ内部の産生物を調べるのですが、ミドリムシを破砕するのに、セルラーゼをもちいるのでしょうか？それとも動物のように界面活性剤でミドリムシを破砕するのでしょうか？ どなたか、ミドリムシに詳しい方おられませんか？
